Fairy shouldn't be a type in the first place. It's probably the worst idea for a type, and you can tell Game Freak has 0 clue on what the type should be other than "cute and/or pink". Plus it doesn't help that the type is absurdly overpowered, even more so than the type it was meant to fight.
