Infact it says NOTHING in the terms of use about account suspension that you are not allowed to make multiple accounts and do this.
It says you must give true accurate information.
If you have done this they cannot suspend your account.
The EULA is not displayed on the main trainer page, the client or linked during registration, also its worth noting, to register an account you need a;
User name, Screen name, DOB, password and email, then you click the verification email link, the only way they could get you on false info is if asked to verify your DOB.
the hidden EULA states;
BECAUSE THIS IS A “BETA” OR TEST VERSION OF TCGO, [...]TEST PERIOD ONLY AND MAY NOT BE REDEEMED OR CARRIED OVER AFTER THE END OF THIS TEST PERIOD. ANY ITEMS IN YOUR TEST ACCOUNT MAY BE DELETED.
but mathis CLEARLY states here;
First and foremost, there will not be an account wipe at the end of Open Beta.
so they cant have you on that.
There is no way they can just ass pull rules like this that they didnt foresee and they didnt put such effective wording measures in the ToS
