Meanwhile, Drayton gives the Dragon Cheer TM to anyone who beats him, which Dipplin needs to evolve into Hydrapple. Combine that with BB Academy's focus on doubles and it'd make sense for Kiki to teach Dragon Cheer to his Dipplin and thus Hydrapple.
