>Speed increase/decreases scaling
Speed is an important stat that doesn't have randomness associated with it except for speed ties. Despite this, speed modifiers are still 1.5x. Speed should increase/drop by 1.25x instead of 1.5x times. This allows for speed invested Pokemon to still make their stats worthwhile (the faster Pokemon still goes first in many scenarios after one speed drop) but will also modify the speed of the target in an important way. Moves that are important for speed (Agility, String Shot, Rock Polish, etc) still keep their original speed buffs or decreases meanwhile Max Air Stream/Strike + Dragon/Quiver Dance/Bulldoze get that nerfed increase (which would be a +1 with this system). The idea is that Pokemon that are in the same speed tier still get a benefit from being faster than others, but do not cuck higher speed tiers after one turn.
>Trick Room
The top tier Trick Room users are also somehow Eviolite users. Trick Room should last 3 turns by default but 5 turns with an item. This makes people choose between bulk or being slow.
