And if you're referring to that picture in particular, those aren't their official artworks. You can see Mega Gallade's official art above that one, but it was cut off from the picture.
Not to mention it seems to be a different artist given the artstyle (proportions, shading, outlines, etc). Probably the same who did Steven and Metagross in a previous corocoro scan.
