If some Psychic pokemon are so smart, how come some of them don't become trainers. Or at the very least have a hard time respecting theirs if they think they might be less intelligent.
I didn't want to add too many Pokemon for No-153 since I think traveling solo without a clear goal would be too stressful with a full party.
