Plus, KO'ing it? REALLY?Not saying it will be competitive but Milotic can power up EX's indirectly via Ditto. Also, Electrode Prime had a similar effect and was pretty big for a couple of formats. I can see Milotic working somehow, although discarding 3 energy consistently by turn 2 can be hard.
Also, it's sad to see that BTS-like ability wasted on that shit Butterfree line.
