Now for my question. I looked up the mechanics for the move today. I got the basic gist of it, where, correct me if I'm wrong, odd number IV's don't influence the type selection. That's fine and dandy, but reading up on how people use it in competitive matches, how the fuck do they get certain IV's to 30, let alone, how do people even tell what their exact IV's are? Considering no method (that I'm aware of) gives exact values, that seems like it would be a huge pain in the ass to figure out. Is it basically impossible to formulate a set type for the move?
