nobody is performing a coup against your favorite gen, and if they are or are attempting to do so, here's a thought experiment: think about the type of individual likely to try and start turf wars about which pokemon generation is the best. envision the kind of man who takes pokemon that seriously. try to imagine what he looks like, what he smells like, what his priorities are in life, etc. is this the kind of person you want to let live in your head rent free?
