The woman who used to watch me and my 5 year old sister as a kid had a foster child who stole my binders. I kept that shit fucking CLEAN for a 9 year old. It was kind of weird for a time when social media didn't have an influence on kids. I just liked the cards to always look as nice as possible.
I got those binders back WEEKS later after tons of argumentation, me losing my 9 year old shit, etc. They were ALL damaged in some way or another. Removed from the binders. Some bent or straight up torn, and the sets were returned to me incomplete. I had multiple complete sets, like you anon.
My 30 year old self is still fucking seething about that.
