I tend to prize making intricate detail-heavy art rather than things like bodies, like if picrel were made into a painting or drawing. In my mind I separate what I envision as that of “masterpiece” work and consumer art like digital media or furries/cartoons and focus on trying to make the former
especially when I consider it so much effort to make something in the first place. I don’t draw or paint as often as I used to, but I have enough standout works to have won the respective awards.
I’d have to learn to do bodies and lewds too, which is its own beast to tackle.
