Misty fight was crazy. I was already worried going into the fight but I was hoping Paras could 1v1 Starmie. Mankey OHKOs Staryu with a crit Low Kick. Starmie comes in and I want to chip it a little with Mega Kick before going Paras. It's very risky and Water Pulse does 75% and confuses but I get lucky and do half with Mega Kick (I'm pretty sure I would've died if I hit myself there.) Then Paras comes in and manages to barely hang on with Leech Life after risking crit Swifts. I missed a Stun Spore to be fair but it still ends up getting the job done. A little too close for comfort. I guess the moral of the story is that Paras isn't the greatest Misty counter. I know it's a bad pokemon but I still want to make it work, lol.
>>55245035I would say it depends on your team but Aerodactyl is objectively better (especially since you get the mega right away). Aurorus is more fun though, so make of that what you will.
