That mantis shrimp doesn't seem to unusually many colors (dark blue, light blue, green, yellow, red, white), although that seems to be one more color than pic related (unless you count black). Even if a creature has every color of the rainbow irl, keeping it simplier to avoid making a hot mess is ideal.
