So with scope lens equipped, every time you land a critical hit you are doing the scope lens passive damage which is [Y•45/60/75%], where Y is your current attack value. And critical hit damage is X•(2+[1•Z]), where X is the auto attack damage you do and Z is the bonus critical hit damage you would get from scope lens.
