>>38997680What I love of all of it is the limitless potential for worldbuilding in two dimensions. There are people who want to battle with Pokémon, comparing stats, collecting cards, strivng for perfection in battle with military discipline; while others just want to have a nice adventure with their lifelong partner, growing up together, dedicating a portion of their lives to each other.
As for me, I will act like Sword/Shield just doesn't exist. I really think it's an insult to the whole concept of Pokémon at large.
The more you love Pokémon the more you hate Game Freak.
