Based on the discription I think it's given more to any pokemon that can shed metal parts. I imagine this makes more sense on crawglock then it does even on the orret line, since crawglock can pobably shed shell casings or something.
In either case i'll make it agillity unless somebody wants it to be automotize more.
As far as mirror shot, some pokemon do learn it in the 30's and 40's. I can try to make it be learned earlier but I try to avoid having a bunch of moves of the same type or category be learned in a row. Having some of the concerns that people have mentioned that I require clarification on or help with, as mentioned here
