For someone who blasts through the story before shelving the game it won't have any effect, but for someone like me who puts hundreds of hours into the games past the story, who's main interest is the pokemon themselves, this is a complete dealbreaker. It gives me no reason to bother with the games, which sucks since this was going to be the one specifically for longtime fans. This was the big leap to a home console and it's just not something I want to play.
It fucking sucks.
