It makes you score double points for the duration, and when you combine that with all the points that Zapdos gives, it's absolute cancer. I get that they want to focus the game around teamwork and objectives, and they want Zapdos to be a comeback mechanic, but it's way too fucking effective at turning games around.
Meanwhile in League of Legends: Rift Herald is relatively similar to Rotom, Baron Nashor doesn't instantly win games, and while Elder Dragon is extremely powerful, it takes so long to spawn up to the point where it literally only exists to stop games from lasting too long. Zapdos is quite literally the most imbalanced jungle mechanic out of every MOBA in existence.
