I have an idea for pseudo legendary dragon. The standard late game dragon. I was trying to base it off of western Dragons' obsession with hoards, treasures, and theft.
>First evo
The whole color scheme (I feel) should be like a dull maroon. Three horns on its head, two over its eyes and one over its nose, give it the Helioptile posture with a sack of gold coins hanging over its back.
>Second evo
The overall theme of the Pokemon should represent the growth of wealth with the dragon. The second evo should have a gold plated chest sprouting out of his back. His arched back has been replaced with a hunched back. He has a hook on his tail now with a money back hung on it. His horns still remain with the nose one turning into some jewel. One hand is reaching behind to keep the chest closed while the other holds an empty money bag
>Final evo
I feel like each evo should have evolved a more ingenious way to obtain more shinies. The first evo simply stole coins, the second evo could hold a lot more coins on him, and the final evo can generate his own wealth. The final evo eats metals, turns them into coins inside of his body, and then streams them out of pores on his back. Sort of like hippodown's sprite. The nose horn is still a jewel but the two over his eyes should turn into a golden crown. His posture should be on all fours with a pile of gold coins and various jewels around him. Streams of shinies should be seen coming out of his purse on his hunched back. Ride of spines on his tail with a hunched donelike back
