Something I love about Crystal Clear is, despite the addition of new characters and references to future games, it feels very much like how Pokemon was always supposed to feel; like your own adventure, with unique experiences. I'm not worried about arbitrary things like version exclusives, or a story I've seen unfold several times, and that millions of others have also seen. This game just feels more personal, more magical, and I'm glad I have such a great option for when I want a definitive, vintage Pokemon experience.
At this point I keep any requests or nitpicks with CC to myself because ShockSlayer probably thought of whatever I was thinking and there's a good reason he didn't do it that way. I wouldn't even have thought of them if the rest of the game wasn't so geared towards providing the best possible experience. For all I know I'm just doing something wrong and my nitpick doesn't exist in the first place. Honestly the way this game handles and justifies its mechanics, as well as the ideas it has, gives me the feeling that even if I HAD feature requests, it'd probably be best to keep them to myself because ShockSlayer already seems to do things perfectly fine by himself. I don't want to suggest my own ideas because it seems like we'd get a better game just by letting SS do his own thing, he knows what he's doing.
