Beyond 'water puts out fire' he was throwing shit without a clue.
At first he was complaining because he thought Malamar was a water type. Its a squid i could forgive that, but then he is wondering why his electric, fire, water, and grass wasnt doing shit against a Noivern. he even threw a normal and a fighting attack against a Gengar.
he's been playing since gen one. He just assumed that some attacks were good and some were not with no rhyme or reason.
