Liko is nice and shy but also a mess and a nerd
Dot is a cute bipolar NEET and Friede is a good big brother image
the entire Volteccer crew being so huge also makes the show more lively and diverse in episode ideas, one episode you're helping the chef make peace with his old coworker and the other you're helping the nurse treat a wild pokemon, them being permanent crew members also makes room for character growth, its great, unironically a 9/10, maybe a 10/10 if they don't mess up
