He neutral to their STABS rather than immune, meaning he can't switch into them easily, and he can't stop an Outrage sweep while Gardevoir can. Not to mention his Dragon killing moves lack STAB and won't one-shot Yache Berry holders or 2x weak Dragons. And no Dragon uses Roseli berries since Ice attacks are more common than Fairy attacks. Gardevoir is still the superior choice for Dragon slaying since it has Fairy STAB and Dragon immunity.
