Set completion is sufficient, Youtubers gambling on grades have detracted from what it means to be a collector. Never gave it a second thought growing up, today they've somehow convinced us to see flaws & imperfections in our hobby.
Isn't personal preference toward particular Pokemon what makes them precious nostalgic gems? Turned into money hungry vultures trying to make a profit.
