Pokémon Sun's time is regular and Pokémon Moon's time is 12 hours more than Sun, but it can be changed anytime just by going to Altar of Sunne/Moone with Solgaleo/Lunala on your team.

Gumshoos is stronger but Alolan Raticate is bulkier.
Cover Legendary's viability
Solgaleo is just a bulkier Metagross with a slighty stronger Steel STAB and the best Xerneas counter, Lunala suffers from two x4 weaknesses which also happens to have priority moves but it has an ability that makes it hard to OHKO it and is one of the best Lugia counters due to Moongeist Beam ignoring abilities.
