If you're not into that then I also have a 31/x/31/x/31/31 Timid female HA Froakie, a 31/31/31/x/31/31 Jolly female HA Heracross, and two 31/x/31/31/31/31 Bold male HA Eevee with Wish. I can also breed you 5IV Froakie, 5 IV Noibat, 5IV Ralts, 5IV Skrelp, 4IV Honedge, and 5IV Hawlucha. All with beneficial natures and the missing IV from the attack stat that they don't use.
Or any other 5 IV Pokémon that I don't have, though 6th Gen is preferred.
