You pretty much have to buy two copies to get everything. There are so many one off Pokémon that someone is going to lose out on in any trade deal. Doubly so when they make the legendary Pokémon evolve based on the game version.

The only thing I was finding was Houndoom without messing with the statues. There's a couple fire areas available but you have to walk a while.
