this season already peaked, they're fallen back to filler with a good episode now and then. probably still better than unova, but they're gonna drop the ball hard on plot and character development. forget the shoujo romance and ash/clemont coming of age, it's all a footnote now next to "single episode adventure with no plot relevance featuring pokemon of the week."
at least there's still Bonnie.
