Honest question, how do you have fun playing Pokemon as an adult?
I'm trying to play FireRed to relive my childhood and I'm not having fun with it. I don't mean to just shit on this game, I genuinely want to enjoy Pokemon again, it isn't even like I hate JRPGs in the first place.

The only thing this game has going for it is battling one NPC after another nonstop, and most battles are mindless filler that require no strategy.
