The symbol for "enemy" is a false note, while meloetta, a good singer, is the opposite
The anime episodes about the ruins show a relation between Meloetta and the ruins.
I'm not too sure about the last symbol. It looks like some sort of fish with one arm. I guess the symbol means "water"(5) and the line refers to the sinking of the ruins
(I'm assuming the ruins got flooded and haven't been underwater all the time).
