It takes bigger losses against steel-types with Bullet Seed, since Bubble's damage makes more of a difference than faster Bubblebeams. Also, it can only fair well against most grass-types if it uses Aerial Ace instead of Ice Beam, making it lose to Altaria. You might as well just stick with Bubble so that you have closer loses so that you can abuse the near-dead opponent for energy gain.
