>>48348067>>48348086OP here. I used to actually really like Rillaboom. I picked Grookey as my starter in SwSh and I'm glad I did because he's the best out of the three. When I was about 6-7 years old I came up with a Grass monkey Starter concept and ever since then I prayed that it would become real. When Grookey was revealed I was ecstatic, and Rillaboom actually looked like my original idea for the final evo. Over time I started to see how lazy and how much of a missed potential his design is. I really can't forgive GF for fucking up a Grass monkey Starter this badly. What Rillaboom needs to be fixed:
>Less saturated colours>More texture on its body, it looks too clean>Get rid of the flick of hair coming down over its face, I get what they were going for but it's too human-like>Make its leaf hair actually look like... well, leaves>Get rid of the shitty tacked on drums and just accentuate its chest to look like a flattened drum set, and have it beat its chest like, you know, a fucking gorrilla, rather than play a literal fucking drumset>Fix its 3D model, why the fuck does it bounce around like a retard on methThen, Rillaboom would be a 10/10 design, and probably my favourite Grass Starter. Fuck GF for fucking up such an awesome concept.
