Even Lusamine might roll him over. I don't think Cyrus is that physically imposing either, and he likely doesn't have much a reason to care about such things.
Either Giovanni, being a mob boss of an organized violent gang or (prime) Ghetsis who's confirmed to be well over 6 feet tall are second. Guzma do to being younger, tall and fit comes not far behind, with Lysandre likely being around the same level. Being fit mean being beautiful as well right?
