Give a Gardevoir a dog cunt and it would look weird just as giving an Umbreon a human cunt also looks weird unless it is anthro. There are also pokemon that you can use either on and have it look right, like Lucario, so long as it is female. Human dicks belong only on humans and the furless humanshaped pokemon.
