Anyway, serious opinion time: Incineroar still suffers from many as being seen as too humanoid in design even if several things over time have seen the haters BTFO: at least running on all fours in the movie, and in that and newer official art from Game Freak or other media (IE, manga) seeing its proportions fixed up a lot if not wholesale helps it a LOT visually, and if it gets a better quadruped running gait in the anime all bets are off. Gameplay-wise, move tutors and the inevitable HA release no matter how long it'll take made it at least worthwhile to check out, certainly so in doubles. That and a lot of people warming up to its personality in Refresh have turned a lot of people around, even if shitposters in /vp/ and other places will screech it's the most unpopular starter ever (nope). Somehow this thing's managed to carve out a niche for itself, gotten a lot more prominence via the movie and merchandise than anyone expected, has the favor of several important GF/TPCi employees and turned Decidueye into the joke starter this generation. Not bad considering the hate it got at the beginning.
