How can you call it broken when both players have access to it? Sure, it's a strong mechanic, but it's not a bad one. It's not like, say, Zacian is too strong and so it forces everyone to use Zacian on their team or lose. No, every Pokemon can Dynamax. It opens up swings in momentum, and comebacks. I think it's a good mechanic.
