I am finally fucking finished with Scarlet Guardians holy shit. That's a 130k word piece that's out of my hair. I guess now I should kinda formally advertise it in a proper way since now there's no reason not to.
Scarlet Guardians is a mainline fic that's a tribute to the magical girl genre, mainly Precure. It's chapters happen in episodes and are basically a season condensed down into 13 chapters. You're not gonna find another fic like it with the same quality. It's kind of a niche audience already so I'm never gonna expect it to soar, but if you fit into that audience even a little bit, there's like a 90% chance you won't be disappointed. Aside from the whole thing wanting to be a visual media rather than just written, I have brought exactly what I wanted to bring into the ecosystem, and I still think that the Lake Trio make better transformation fairies than any other group of pokemon ever designed.
