Giving one shitmon a gimmicky ability isn't going to suddenly make Mega Kangaskhan balanced. You have to balance Mega Kangaskhan itself.
Mega Gallade has Inner fucking Focus because it was designed as a way to beat Kang. Mega Lopunny was given Scrappy to be an Aegislash counter. On paper they sound okay but in practice they don't work. Obviously Mega Lopunny is fantastic but versus Aegislash it just loses unless it carries Substitute to bypass King's Shield or something.
