>>17547519>Mary-sueishYeah I got that vibe from it as well but perhaps he could start with all the plates being in his body, but because he's a mere mortal he can't use all their powers yet, and over the course of his adventure he starts unlocking their powers. And of course I think he'd have to go through some development for this to happen, not like "Ya i just punched Dialga in the face, now I can launch dragon punches in the face of my enemies!" and I agree that he'd have to wield these powers with skill and strategy, not simply force.
Also a neat idea would be for the plates to wear his body down once he unlocks their power since it's too great a toll on his mortal body.
