I'd say most of them that are good, their ice typing rarley comes into play? When it all comes down to it honestly it just hurts pokemon defensively, by a huge margin. Most ice type pokemon are just no match for fighting which is everywhere. And scizor is probably one of the deadliest pokemon and can one shot pretty much all ice pokemon worth their salt. I dunno man it sucks cause ice is such an awesome element. I dunno why it's weak to fighting or why steel is weak to fighting either, bare hands vs ice isn't very effective. I can see the whole balance thing or whatever, but really ice should be weak to water, maybe vice versa. I guess it depends on how cold the ice is or how warm the water is. Yes I know that's too much thought for pokemon.
