Move: Counter-Switch (needs a better name)
Normal type status move
Activates first, like Protect. Message is "<pokemon> is on its toes!". If they take an attack this turn, they only take 50/25% (not sure about balance) damage from it, and then switch out.
This is probably broken as shit. Making balanced moves is hard.
