I was never worried that Misty wouldn't like Oshawott, but the fear that anyone would ever hate Oshawott keeps me up at night. I'm kind of getting the feel for MPM now. Yeah, it's an epilogue about Ash's journey coming to an end, but it's also pointing to the finale where he basically declares his goal as a Pokemon Master is to become the Cesar Milan or Steve Irwin of the Pokemon world. That's not a bad ending, I don't think, but I get that it's not what people wanted.
If I ever get too critical, it's worth reminding myself that I am easily bought by the use of OS BGM throughout this series.
