As 5k is quite steep you could always buy the 2014, 15 or 17 festa promos that are each still under 1k...for now.

For any lurkers looking to take it to the next level and are interested in growth like my 2016 festa $50 - $5k you could buy into the less popular 2014, 15 & 17 festas pic related they are raising but just not as fast or hard as the 2016 as that one is for 20 years and also has the Kanto starters on it so it’s obviously a little more special.

These are very safe and will be worth over 10k in a decade, so are a good choice for any serious collector who would keep them that long anyway.

The other festas will end up being a few thousand soon and the Op magikarp will be a few hundred maybe 1k one day which I guess isn’t bad for $30
