Why are bank starters on GTS for such unreasonable terms. It's just a circlejerk of people trading bank-mon with each other.

If you have a DS and 3DS you could grab a legit copy and just trade over the mons from your flashcart game. If you don't have a second handheld, you could probably import your .sav into pokesav, grab the .pkm off the mons and push it through PokeGTS to your legit cart. O rsomething, not sure of the specifics.
