Went from getting my shit kicked in and thinking I'd never beat the elite 4, to absolutely destroying what was left. Always assumed this ROM would just be one big dumb meme and while it is that, there's also that pure distilled autism seeping from it. The use of types and movepools are incredible. QoL touches are nice as well. After a certain point you kinda forget about the humor aspect of it and simply enjoy the gameplay. Shame about the Battle Channel though. Get a wonderful island to train and breed but not much to use them on. Worth the drop though if it would of taken away from the main game. Glad I finally got around to playing this.
