Charmander burned Umbreon on the first turn, which was really all it could do since it was still poisoned from the fight with Koga. Both Pokémon fainted from their statuses on the second turn. After that, Klaus was able to sweep the rest of Karen's team with some lucky Crabhammer crits and Dig against a non-levitating Gengar. We're going into the Champion fight with just two Pokémon, which doesn't seem promising...
