I always set mine up for the current T5 raid bosses so mine are pretty obvious, perhaps except for Zapdos over Raikou since I have yet to power up any of the latter. I've also set my first battle party to be blank so I can take advantage of that exploit to add that missing 5 seconds in the raid timer. Almost always to out damage my fellow raiders that way.
