This run has been EXTREMELY Scuffed so far.
Other than the Elesa Fight, all the major battles (gym leaders and Cheren) have been deciding by: A) me getting extremely lucky or B) the AI throwing.
>the red hair guy that use the fire monkeyBoth Lillipup and Pansear didnt attack me at all. I growth 4 times and Lillipup Work up 4 times, then I one-shot with vine whip. Then it was the Pansear time and it went for work up instead of Incinerate. AI Throwing count: 1.
>LenoraI used Leech Seed first turn and Herdier used Odor Sleuth. Then, I used Growth, Herdier hit a Take Down, however, on the third turn I get the acc drop with the Leaf Tornado and Herdier procceds to miss 3 TAKE DOWN IN A ROW. Whatchog used Hypnosis (chesto berry) instead of Retaliate and I got the W. Extremely lucky count: 1.
>BurghThe Venipede didnt poison me at all with Poison tail and after leech seed and some growths, my second cut Critted and killed it instead of going to the heal zone. Mega Drain took care of Dwebble and then Leavanny went with STRING SHOT and then Protect. It never used Struggle bug I used cut once so I could switch in Leavanny and use Bug Bite to kill it. Extremely Lucky count: 2, AI Throwing count: 2.
>all the Cheren fightsIt was basically Cheren throwing, specially the desert route fight. Pidove used air cutter once, didnt crit, and then it kept using roost to heal off the Leech Seed + sandstorm damage. I racked up a total of 6 growths, which was enough to one shot it and 2 shot the Pignite.
>Elesathe only one where I didnt bank on RNG or AI throwing. Servine lead for the Leech Seed + Reflect combo, then switch into Simisage, work up twice and then one shot both the emolgas with Rock Tomb and Zebriska with Dig.
Hopefully now that I can get foongus and then Ferroseed after Clay things start to get better.
