Garchomp isn't going anywhere, and 100 Attack 100 Speed just isn't as impressive anymore. I'm giving Flygon just a bit of extra, so it has something over Garchomp, its' own niche. In this case it was speed, as 110 is MUCH better than 100, and still much faster than Garchomps 102.
