Also, this is why you don't use your real and post your real information on the internet. I will never understand why normalfags are so attached to the thought of readily linking their online persona with their real life. Then again, most of them only started using the internet with the advent of social media anyway, so probably were never even using computers in a time where hardly anybody really posted their real information to talk to strangers on the internet.
I'm still under the assumption that either of the following scenarios played out:

Seriously. I doubt Nintendo is tracking down some dude's instagram to tell him to stop. Even if they DID, they can't do shit to him because he's under no legal contract with him. He owns the game. He presumably paid for it. It's his now, he can do whatever the fuck he wants with it.
